Legal information
The content of this website provides general information. It is not legal advice and does not replace an individual review of your circumstances. Browsing this website does not create a lawyer-client relationship. No outcome is guaranteed.
Fees
The scope of the engagement and fees are agreed in writing before any work begins. The practice does not accept matters funded by French legal aid (aide juridictionnelle).

The website’s texts, photographs and other content are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. Any reuse must respect the rights of their respective owners. Press articles accessed through links remain the property of their publishers.

Privacy & personal data
Communications with the practice
REBECCA FISLI LEGAL CONSULTANCY is your point of contact for personal data shared with the practice. Such data is used to respond to your enquiry and, where an engagement is agreed, to handle it and meet applicable professional obligations. Documents provided to the practice are handled under its working framework and the applicable rules of confidentiality.
Browsing & third-party services
This website does not offer a document-upload form. Technical services needed to operate the website may process connection data. Opening an external link subjects you to that website’s terms. Details specific to the booking service will be provided when it is integrated.
Retention periods
There is no single statutory retention period for all data. Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are retained for the time necessary to handle them, then deleted unless there is a legal justification for retention. Client files are kept during the engagement and then archived only for the periods required by professional obligations, limitation periods and the defence of legal rights. Tax records are generally subject to five years after the relevant tax period under UAE rules, and seven years after that period where corporate tax applies. A specific obligation, audit or dispute may require longer retention. Once the applicable periods expire, data is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction or deletion of your data and exercise other rights provided by that law. Send requests to contact@fisli-rebecca-avocat.com. Certain legal or professional obligations may require data to be retained.
Data transfers
The website’s technical providers (Lovable, Cloudflare, Stripe) may process connection and payment data outside the United Arab Emirates, notably in the United States and the European Union. These providers apply their own contractual data-protection safeguards, available on their respective websites.
